Night Auditor

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team of professionals at our hotel in Doha, Qatar. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing exceptional customer service to our guests during the night shift. Responsibilities

Perform all night audit functions, including balancing and closing out daily revenue and expense accounts Conduct regular audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies Prepare and distribute daily reports on hotel occupancy and revenue to management Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints during the night shift Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently Ensure the security of the hotel premises by monitoring surveillance cameras and reporting any suspicious activity Assist with other front desk duties as needed Qualifications

Fluent in English (Malayalam language skills preferred) Proven experience as a Night Auditor or similar role in the hospitality industry Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision If you are a hard-working individual with a passion for providing exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
