Executive Management / General Manager Job Objective : To lead, manage, and oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring full compliance with the cybersecurity and technical requirements of the Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA) and the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE), while supporting trading, reporting, and operational systems. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the company’s objectives and regulatory requirements. Supervise the IT infrastructure, trading systems, and ensure their reliability and efficiency. Ensure the security of client data and transactions in accordance with approved security policies. Implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans for all IT systems. Monitor and maintain cybersecurity measures in line with QFMA and QSE guidelines. Coordinate with external technology vendors and software providers to ensure high-quality service and support. Manage and train the IT team to improve performance and skillsets. Prepare periodic reports to senior management on system performance and potential IT risks. Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent (Master’s degree or certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or ITIL are preferred). Minimum 7 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a brokerage or financial market environment. Strong knowledge of financial systems, trading platforms, and cybersecurity infrastructure. Full understanding of QFMA and QSE rules related to information security and brokerage operations. Fluent in both Arabic and English. Job Details
