Public Relation officer (PRO)

الوصف الوظيفيBachelor's degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a PRO in Qatar, with a strong understanding of local laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken). Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Valid Qatari driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Process all government-related documentation, including visa applications, work permits, and company registrations.
- Liaise with government officials and agencies to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government and related organisations.
- Manage and track all government-related transactions and deadlines.
- Provide regular updates to management on government regulations and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all government interactions and documentation.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations related to government relations.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in Qatari laws and regulations.
- Support other departments with government-related matters as needed.
