Public Relations Coordinator

Keeta is an independent brand of Meituan, the world's largest tech-driven retail company. Keeta is revolutionizing the food delivery space. With the mission "We help people eat better, live better", Keeta launched in 2023 and has rapidly expanded across key regions, including Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar and Kuwait.

What You’ll Do :

  • Draft and proof press releases, media alerts, and briefing documents.
  • Support media monitoring, reporting, and coverage analysis.
  • Maintain up-to-date media lists / databases across markets.
  • Coordinate logistics for interviews, press events, and roundtables.
  • Provide scheduling / logistics for speaking opportunities and leadership at industry events.
  • Execute B2B & B2C PR campaigns with internal teams and agencies.
  • Track PR deliverables and timelines; ensure deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with external PR agencies for executional follow-ups.
  • Provide administrative / organizational support to the comms team.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications / PR / Marketing or related field.
  • 4–5 years in PR, media, or communications.
  • Excellent English writing & verbal skills.
  • Strong organization & attention to detail; proactive team player.
  • Proficiency with media monitoring tools and Google Workspace / MS Office.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
