Job Purpose

- This position is NOC focal point for all activities related to Digital Asset development at NOC. Manage the Digital Assets activities overall ALS field (40+ existing platforms).
- Manage several contracts in parallel and plan to support Digital Twin initiatives.
- Maintain and keep updated the Digital Assets Portal.
- Provide transverse support to MP for new development and to DBS, E&C, CPD or FOPS for initiatives and developments in various associated areas.
- Act as NOC TRP to develop associated standards, review and present any deviation related to digital asset discipline and provide recommendation to project client & deviation committee.
- Liaise with NOC’s stakeholders and Technical Authorities as required.
Key Accountabilities
Build & maintain NOC Digital assets environment (Libraries, Standards, data sources) with the objective of having a digital twin tool in the future for ALS field. Define the Digital asset environment development roadmap, which includes E&C laser Scanning program, ALS 2D, 3D Model update, Engineering Data management, Asset Information Management (AIM) in collaboration with DBS.Responsible to manage various contracts :Framework Contracts :
3 Digital Asset Development Services contracts (for ASB activity / 1D / 2D / 3D / administration & data population).
SPIE service contract Lazer scanner team.Standalone Service Contract (PO) :AVEVA Net AIM Implementation support service.
Other specific contracts needed for asset environment development.Support design engineering activities under ESFC frame contract(s) or MP Green field contracts.Manage Onshore team with digital competencies (AVEVA environment / E&I / diagrams engineering / CAD / Data management) and Offshore team (laser scanning specialists).Coordinate all digital asset activities : Tag management / Laser Scan / 3D Modelling / 1D Data / 2D Schematics / E&I Data / Drone survey / visual intelligent tools / Asset Information Management / digital innovation. Interact efficiently with the E&C division, other NOC entities, Vendors and Contractors.Develop and maintain digital asset environment cost-effectively, avoiding useless expenses (e.g., optimize data storage associated cost).HSE :Ensure and promote the application of NOC HSE rules and promote safety culture within the Digital Asset team and ensure contractors always comply with safety rules.
Pursue within E&C the HSE objectives defined by line management and develop staff safety awareness by anomalies reporting plus attendance at NOC and E&C HSE events.Team management :Manage and mentor team members.
Identify, put in place, follow and supervise staff training plans and competence development plan.Distribute and monitor activities and projects.Assist Head of Engineering on team RH subjects by highlighting concerns, proposing promotion, anticipating workload vs resources needs.Report on weekly & monthly activities and critical subjects to the HEAD of Engineering.Coordination / interfaces :Coordinate, organize discussions and align with stakeholders representing different disciplines, departments (DBS, E&C, MP, FOPS, ESFC, etc.) for development of Company data model.
Participate and be a proactive contributor for NOC Digital Twin Implementation and DBS projects in E&C division.Organize and coordinate the role of focal point for Laser Scanning, 3D Modeling and Engineering Data.Contract & budget management :Manage contract renewals.
Technical management :Manage setup and maintenance of the Digital assets environment including laser scan model, 3D model, Engineering data, 2D Schematics, E&I Data Visualization tools, Asset information for the ALS field for execution of Green and Brown field projects.
Develop links between different software systems (3D Models, 1D Data, Intelligent Document and Digital Twin, etc.) to have an integrated system.Take ownership, develop, release, and maintain Laser Scanning and 3D Modeling, Engineering Data processes, procedures, work instructions and check lists and manage the relevant aspects of the Engineering Frame Agreement with Engineering Contractor(s) responsible to execute the related activities.Innovation :Identify and propose new technical software to continuously improve efficiency.

Bachelor of Science or / and Bachelor of Engineering with experience in any of the Technical disciplines (viz.Structural, process, piping, etc.).
Experience
15+ years’ experience in Engineering execution and experience in managing projects.Good knowledge of the context of O&G operations in general with good knowledge of 3D Models, Information Management, Laser scanning and Project engineering. Contract management. AVEVA environment knowledge and experience.Good sense of team spirit, leadership, strong interpersonal & soft communication skills.Key Information
