Job Purpose
The Solution Design & Delivery Lead is responsible for maximizing the business value of IT investments across corporate applications such as Pre-Sales. This role acts as a strategic partner to business units, translating business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions. The Lead ensures successful solution design, delivery, and adoption, working collaboratively to drive process improvements, enhance user experience, and realize measurable business outcomes. This position is accountable for end-to-end solution lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of their assigned portfolio of applications to contribute to business success.
Principal Accountabilities
Business Engagement and Value Realization
- Partner with Business Leaders : Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased business value
- Champion Business-IT Alignment : Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units, ensuring IT initiatives are aligned with strategic business goals
- Define Solution Roadmaps : Lead the design of technical solutions that address current and future business needs, ensuring scalability and alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Translate Business Requirements : Convert business objectives into actionable technical requirements and solution designs
Delivery Management & Adoption
Oversee Solution Implementation : Manage the delivery of IT projects and enhancements, ensuring solutions are implemented on time, within budget, and meet quality standardsDrive Change Management : Develop and execute adoption strategies, including training, communication, and support to ensure successful solution uptake.Evaluate Emerging Technologies : Continuously research and assess new technologies, recommending innovative solutions to business challengesMonitor Performance and Benefits Realization : Track solution performance against KPIs and drive ongoing optimization to maximize business impactGovernance & Stakeholder Management
Manage Vendor Relationships : Oversee external partners and vendors, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions and servicesEnsure Compliance and Risk Management : Maintain adherence to corporate policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements within solution deliveryRequired Qualifications
Requirements
Minimum 7+ years of experienceBachelor’s or Master's in IT, Business or related field.
