Serve as the first point of contact for administrative matters and office coordination.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize conferences / events.
Prepare reports, memos, correspondence, and presentations.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, calls, and visitor inquiries.
Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems securely.
Support travel arrangements, logistics, and office operations.
Assist in project coordination and follow up on assigned tasks.
Serve as receptionist during breaks and provide cross-departmental assistance when needed.
Ensure confidentiality, compliance, and professional service excellence.###
Requirements
Diploma in Administration Management or related field (required).
Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience.
Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in office software and professional correspondence.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.###
