On behalf of World famous ICT company - Huawei, we are looking for E-commerce Operation.
1. E-commerce Business Planning and Strategy Development
As the head of Huawei Qatar Online Store operations, responsible for the overall business performance of the store. Develop annual and monthly sales plans for Huawei products on the e-commerce platform, as well as user acquisition and retention strategies, in alignment with the country business plan and product roadmap.
2. Campaign Planning and Execution
Plan and execute new product launches and promotional campaigns for key shopping seasons and holidays to achieve commercial targets. Lead and coordinate the setup and visual design of campaign and product launch pages to ensure that all marketing initiatives meet business goals.
3. Customer Journey Optimization
Oversee the full process of order fulfilment and delivery for online store products, and collaborate effectively with delivery and service teams to continuously enhance the end-to-end customer experience. Define IT development requirements for the e-commerce platform and follow up with the IT team to ensure timely implementation and launch of new features.
4. Inventory Management
Conduct weekly and monthly reviews of sales and inventory performance. Manage restocking, product listing, and delisting actions in a timely manner to ensure smooth sales operations across all product categories on the platform.
5. Traffic and Performance Marketing
Develop monthly traffic acquisition plans for the online store, review marketing channels and content to ensure optimal ROI for traffic investment tools, and ultimately drive traffic growth and conversion improvement for the e-commerce platform.
