SR. OPERATOR (SBM / TANKERS)

Primary Purpose of the Job To assist in the berthing / un-berthing of tankers and in the connecting / disconnecting of product supply hoses to tankers using the Single Buoy Mooring (SBM) facilities.

Required to ensure that the Tankers crew’s follow QatarEnergy and Industry safety practices during mooring and hose lifting operations.

Required Experience and Skills

Minimum of three (3) years marine experience

Educational Qualifications

Completion of Secondary School supplemented by approximately 1 year training in seamanship, safety practices, report writing and language (English).

Recognized Safety awareness and hazard identification training is advisable

To hold a QatarEnergy recognized Riggers Certificate

A Marine qualification with a minimum of Boatswain or equivalent
