Responsibilities
Develop clear descriptions of application functionality for IT teams using Atlassian tools. Plan and prioritize team tasks based on user stories and task relationships. Collaborate effectively in an international team, embracing diversity. Communicate fluently in English with team members and customers from diverse regions. Proactively work independently with a customer-focused approach. Utilize UML and BPMN diagrams for system understanding and API documentation. Apply basic SQL and performance analytics knowledge for system optimization. Leverage international experience to contribute to a global team dynamic. Foster a team-player mindset with a hands-on problem-solving approach. Fluency in English is required, proficiency in other languages is advantageous. Experience in implementing / integrating with ERP, customer support, and analytics systems preferred. Willingness to travel to the MENA region for in-person collaboration (expenses covered by the company). Requirements
Be able to prepare a description of application functionality and behavior in the form that allows the IT team to develop Atlassian tools (Confluence and Jira). Be able to plan the work for the Team logically based on Stories and task relationships. The role is part of an international team; mindset to enjoy great diversity from different countries is a big advantage. Excellent Communication skills - English, to communicate with the team and customers from different countries in MENA and the European region. Be very proactive, work independently, and be customer-focused. Knowledge of UML diagrams & BPMN diagrams. Understanding of API documentation, DB schema, JSON & XML. Basic knowledge of SQL & performance analytics tools like GA & Firebase. International background / experience preferred. Have a team-player mindset with a hands-on approach and communication skills. Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage). Experience and knowledge of implementing / integrating with products in these areas preferred :
ERP systems Customer support systems Campaign management systems Web / app analytics tools
Ability to travel to MENA for 2-3 weeks in a month (expenses covered by company). Every month : 2-3 weeks onsite in Qatar, 1-2 weeks remotely in Indonesia.
