Senior Project Lead

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Leads several IT projects with a delineated scope of work executed within a finite timeframe in a medium to high complexity context. Has accountability for related projects over scope definition, execution plan, cost, schedule, design, build, and contractual deliverables. Ensure project delivery on-time, within scope, within budget, and proper quality. Adheres to, and enhances, the PMO’s Project Management Framework for management projects from initiation to closure. Works closely with the Programs team and the PMO to execute the supporting PMO activities and ensure the projects within the portfolio are up to date. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technology related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred. Experience

8+ years experience in IT and at least 3 years in a project leadership role 5 years experience as part of an Oil & Gas organization Strong project management skills Strong understanding of the core processes of an Oil & Gas company Strong relationship and negotiation capability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong English proficiency both spoken and written
