Overview

Supervisor vacancy in Doha, Qatar in the management field. We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a management position, and must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role. The successful candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, as well as manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities

Ensure that all activities under the supervision of the person in charge are completed on time and within budget. Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Ensure regulations and safety standards are followed, and resolve any conflicts that may arise. Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in a management position. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; capable of managing multiple tasks. Compensation & Benefits
