We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our diverse population. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans
- Monitor patients' conditions and provide necessary treatments and medications
- Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Adhere to all nursing standards, protocols, policies, and procedures
