We are seeking a Contract Manager and Commercial (Financial) Sales Manager to join our Smart Infrastructure Buildings division. Your role will be to manage contracts and oversee commercial sales activities, helping us re-imagine the world with innovative solutions. Your Role – International, Challenging, and Future-Oriented

Contract Management :

Oversee all aspects of contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Support sales and project teams in contractual and commercial matters, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. Conduct risk assessments, manage claims, and communicate observations for continuous improvement. Commercial Sales Management :

Review and approve cost sheets and offers, ensuring contractual compliance and risk management. Manage financial aspects, including cost and price calculations, and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulations. Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus. Proven experience in construction contracts, project risk management, and EPC projects, especially in the Middle East. Minimum of 10 years in large EPC projects, with specific experience as a site contract manager. Key Skills
