Responsibilities

Supervise and

lead a team of fitters, welders, and helpers

on-site or in the workshop. Plan, allocate, and monitor

daily tasks and work schedules

to meet project targets. Ensure all work is carried out

in compliance with HSE policies, permit-to-work systems, and site safety rules . Review and interpret

drawings, fabrication sketches, and work instructions

with the team. Inspect and approve

fit-up, alignment, and weld preparation

prior to welding. Coordinate with

QC inspectors, engineers, and project managers

for quality control and progress reporting. Maintain daily

work reports, manpower records, and progress charts . Provide

guidance, coaching, and training

to team members for skill development and productivity improvement.
