Role overview

Plays a leading role in tracking and evaluating the execution of the initiatives.

Key objectives :

Developing and maintaining structured reporting mechanisms to ensure timely and accurate progress tracking

Enabling datadriven decisionmaking based on insightful reports summarizing key decision points

Ensuring transparency and accountability by upholding highquality reporting standards

Key responsibilities

Lead collection and validation of initiative progress data ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards

Prepare highquality reports and presentations delivering structured insights to leadership at agreed cadence

Translate complex findings into clear recommendations and action points for decisionmakers

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather reporting inputs address data gaps and ensure alignment on performance metrics

Mentor and support junior analysts fostering collaboration
