Offshore Construction Supervisor

Introduction

To ensure compliance with COMPANY Incident Free culture, Health and Safety and environment policy is delivering Incident Free Shutdown. To manage the preparation and execution teams, for Construction activities offshore, of up to 60 Contracted Supervisors, Foremen & Multi-skilled Technician’s. To prepare the construction works with the Project Team. To plan for the resources, equipment, tools, consumables, required for the construction activities offshore. Maintain daily communication with onshore coordinators to ensure and report timely preparation and execution. To implement necessary actions to guarantee objectives are achieved. Provide daily reports to and via the Construction Department Construction Coordinator. Accountable for the safe delivery of works execution at site for E&C. Contribute to the development of the level 4 plans to maintain critical path. To deliver offshore works with zero punch items.
