Developing and updating cricket technical strategies in Qatar : Preparing strategic plans based on the latest practices and methodologies applied in the sport of cricket. 2. Comprehensive technical performance analysis of cricket in Qatar : Conducting an in-depth analysis of the game’s performance in Qatar and identifying ways to improve the overall standard. 3. Developing and qualifying technical staff : Designing and preparing advanced training curricula and programs for coaches and players to enhance technical capabilities within the association. 4. Supervising the implementation of modern technology : Utilizing advanced tools and technologies in technical operations, training, and officiating to apply best global practices. 5. Contributing to the development of youth categories : Preparing and implementing systematic programs to discover talents across different age groups, leveraging academies as effective training and development centers, and setting continuous qualification plans to ensure the graduation of players capable of representing the national teams. 6. Attracting technical talent and international players : Establishing a mechanism to discover and attract talents locally and internationally, and integrating them into the national teams’ programs. 7. Organizing training workshops and seminars : Focusing on the transfer and application of global best technical practices to develop the skills of coaches and players in Qatar. This includes exchanging expertise between national team coaches and international coaches, as well as building a sustainable technical culture that enhances the overall performance level of the sport in the country.
