• Ensure all scripts align with the station's tone and target audience.
• Adapt content for various formats, including interviews, talk shows, and entertainment segments.
• Monitor trends in social media, pop culture, news, and entertainment for relevant programming ideas.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate fresh and engaging ideas into daily shows.
• Create content and scripts fluently in both English and Malayalam.
• Tailor language style and tone to suit diverse audiences and regional sensibilities.
• Work closely with radio presenters, producers, and the creative team to ensure high-quality content.
• Coordinate with marketing and social media teams to align radio content with broader campaigns.
• Edit and proofread scripts for clarity, grammar, and flow.
