Main Purpose of the Job
To promote and sellelectrical productsto walk-in customers at the showroom. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing technical advice, preparing quotations, and ensuring excellent customer service to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Description
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products (Lighting & wiring accessories).
Present technical and visual product features clearly and confidently.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and logistics to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Maintain sales records and customer communications
Support sales targets and assist in showroom / promotional activities.
Stay updated on product ranges, stock availability, and ongoing promotions.
Ensure proper arrangement and cleanliness of product displays in the showroom.
Work closely with the sales team, inventory, logistics, and finance departments.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
Prepare and submit daily / weekly sales reports.
Skills
Job Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in indoor project sales (electrical field) within Qatar
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
With valid QID & transferable visa
With Qatar valid Driving License (a plus).
Can join Immediately (advantage)
Arabic preferred.
Interpersonal Skills :
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Strong knowledge of electrical products and project sales
Good presentation and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
