About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

China Exclusive Purchaser

to manage and oversee our procurement operations from China. The ideal candidate will be based in Qatar and must have hands-on experience in sourcing and ordering products through Alibaba and similar platforms. This role is critical to ensuring product quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of goods to support our business growth. Key Responsibilities

Source and purchase products exclusively from China, primarily through Alibaba and other B2B platforms. Communicate directly with Chinese suppliers to negotiate prices, minimum order quantities, lead times, and terms. Evaluate and compare supplier quotations to secure the best value without compromising quality. Request and assess samples to ensure product quality meets company standards. Follow up on orders, production progress, shipping status, and documentation until goods arrive in Qatar. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery. Monitor and track shipments, resolve any delays or issues proactively. Stay updated on market trends and new product opportunities from China. Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier information, and product specifications. Ensure all procurement activities align with company budgets and timelines. Requirements

Proven experience ordering from Alibaba or similar platforms is

mandatory . Strong negotiation and communication skills with Chinese suppliers. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Chinese is a plus. Attention to detail and ability to evaluate product quality. Knowledge of international shipping, customs processes, and product compliance standards. Based in Qatar with valid QID and ability to work full-time.
