Position Overview We are seeking a
Corporate Discount and Partnerships Lead
to support the development and growth of our
Discounts Program . This role is dedicated to identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with merchants and service providers that deliver value-added benefits to our members. The specialist will play a critical role in building a sustainable ecosystem of discount offerings through B2B merchant acquisition, relationship management, and enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Merchant Acquisition :
Identify, target, and onboard potential merchants and service providers aligned with members’ needs and interests.
Negotiation :
Lead commercial negotiations with prospective partners to secure favorable terms, discounts, and exclusive offers.
Partnership Enablement :
Support merchants in integrating and activating their offerings within the program, ensuring smooth onboarding and visibility.
Relationship Management :
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with partners to maximize long-term collaboration and program impact.
Market Research :
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to continuously enhance program value.
Program Support :
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance, etc.) to ensure contracts, communications, and promotions are aligned with organizational standards.
Reporting & Analytics :
Track performance of partnerships, measure merchant engagement, and report on impact to program objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
4–6 years of experience in
partnership management, business development, or B2B merchant acquisition .
Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse industries.
Experience working with loyalty programs, member benefits, or discount schemes is a plus.
Highly organized, data-driven, and results-oriented.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
