Service Engineer – Fire Systems

What You Will Do

As Service Engineer – Fire Systems , you will play a critical role in supporting service operations in Doha, Qatar. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager for Service Operations Fire , you will be responsible for executing service, maintenance, and retrofit activities related to Fire Protection and Detection Systems within Building Technologies and Solutions.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Coordinating on-site activities among customers, sub-contractors, supervisors, and both field and office teams.
• Tracking and implementing scheduled planned preventive maintenance (PPM) activities.
• Managing assigned L&M and POC jobs , including testing, commissioning, and providing timely progress reports.
• Submitting required reports promptly to the office team for job invoicing.

How You Will Do It

As a key contributor to the service team, your responsibilities will include :

Your work will focus on the technical aspects of fire detection and suppression systems . While formal training will be provided, much of your learning will occur in the field through mentorship and self-study.

You will also conduct system operation training and prepare handover documentation to ensure a seamless transition for customers, all while upholding the highest safety standards for yourself and subcontractors.
