Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.

Minimum 10–15 years of experience in architectural visualization, 3D modelling, and rendering for large‑scale master planning and infrastructure projects.

Experience in GCC‑based design or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

Proven portfolio demonstrating high‑quality stills, animations, and walkthroughs for urban, landscape, architectural, and interior design proposals.

Familiarity with consultant submittals, master plan presentations, and competition‑level visuals is preferred.

Skills & Expertise

Expert‑level proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and 2D / 3D drafting software.

Strong understanding of construction documentation standards, layering systems, and CAD protocols.

Familiarity with multidisciplinary design coordination, especially MEP, structural, architectural, and infrastructure drawings.

Ability to interpret and translate technical design concepts into high‑quality CAD outputs.

Experience in drawing review, redline incorporation, and maintaining version control across design stages.

Knowledge of BIM workflows and interoperability standards (IFC formats, LOD, naming conventions).

Strong collaboration skills with designers, engineers, and document controllers.
