Education & Experience :

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in architectural visualization, 3D modelling, and rendering for large-scale master planning and infrastructure projects.
• Experience in GCC-based design or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating high-quality stills, animations, and walkthroughs for urban, landscape, architectural, and interior design proposals.
• Familiarity with consultant submittals, master plan presentations, and competition-level visuals is preferred.

Skills & Expertise :

Knowledge of BIM workflows and interoperability standards (IFC formats, LOD, naming conventions).
