Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, developing and implementing an archiving system to retain and retrieve department information, including analyzing, referencing and recording all documentation, contracts, and variations in the relevant files for immediate and possible on line access. Supervising in maintaining the quality and integrity of HR & Administration Department more convenient to use. Supervise the overall day to day operations of the Administration process.
- Immigration work controls and monitor for all visa processing, Labour Approvals and other legal related issues through supervising the Immigration Officers and PROs and ensures their tasks communicated and accomplished on daily basis in all internal and external official work
- Responsible / Holder for e-cash and visa card for Immigration revolving funds and replenish the expense by giving documented to issue all online procedure.
- Maintained employee master file and process papers for all employees to have valid work permits, visa follow up, licenses, renewals and other related tasks.
- Ensures timely extension, renewal of documents to avoid expiry or penalties.
- Responsible in monitoring Company Documents such as Company ID, CR and Municipality License.
- Prepares weekly and monthly statistic manpower report to be presented to the Group HR Managers, achievements, issues and plans of the Department.
- Highlight the challenges and seek for the support to solve the issues before being late to be entertained.
- Provides personnel assistance as needed by department.
- Dispatch PROs in all external official work
- Develops Immigration Staff in order to bring the high level of support services
- Coordination in HR / Payroll / Accounts Departments related to employees vacation, final exit & other related issues.

5 years of experience working with Admin department2 years of experience in Supervisory / Managerial levelBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related fieldExcellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point)Excellent customer service skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to use standard office equipment such as copy machines, multi-line telephones and fax machineStrong in written and oral English languageWith Qatar Driving LicenseAbout The Company
