Trainer

Overview

This position is responsible to develop and deliver training programs & additionally assess the training effectiveness of the programs conducted intended to increase the knowledge, skills, abilities and the different competencies for employees across AAB.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge, skills, and develop training programs to address the identified gaps.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the soft skills and business etiquette of employees.
• Liaise with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure the training content is aligned with organizational goals.
• Execute the delivery of training programs in-person, virtually or through other modes that are engaging and interactive.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants during and after the training sessions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using various methods such as surveys, feedback forms, and assessments.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations for modifications to training programs.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills and business etiquette training to ensure maximum training effectiveness.
• Facilitate, design, and develop and enhance the E-learning modules.
