Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Communications with other departments within Corporate Affairs such as HR, Business Support, IT, Finance
- Report collation and follow-up as required with internal customers
- Draft agendas, take minutes and provide a report summary as directed by IT Director
- Attend internal and external meetings as per IT Director discretion and provide a post-engagement summary on follow-up actions as required. Coordinates the preparation of presentation materials for meetings as and when required.
- Assist in the administrative support and follow-up on the advice of IT Director to ensure assigned project objectives and deliverables are met and deadlines followed.
- Coordinate and direct Servicesflow within the Corporate Affairs as directed by IT Director, including manage overall task tracker and timelines.
- Creating, formatting and progressing of official communications including Memos and Letters with internal SC departments and external stakeholders.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor directly related or relevant to the job
- Ensure the assigned responsibilities are delivered :
o to a high standard of quality and timeliness
o in full compliance with the SC Quality Policy and the Safety and Security rules and requirements
o in line with any standards and objectives designated in the Employee Performance Management system
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years in administration roleKnowledge of the creation and composition of letters, minutes, reports and chartsAbility to Services and think as a team member and Services efficiently under pressureOrdered, structured and efficientBi-lingual : English and Arabic (preferred)Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creativeStrong organizational, interpersonal and communication skillsSolid computer skills are necessary in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Suite
