• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Minimum 7–10 years of banking experience, including at least 5 years in Business Analysis, Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, Global Transaction Banking, or related functions.
• Experience with Trade Finance products including Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, and Structured Trade.
• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, and transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting revenue growth programmes, product commercialisation, or business development initiatives is preferred.
• Experience in trade digitisation, process automation, or technology implementation projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Trade Finance operating models and transaction banking processes.
• Strong business analysis and requirements management skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development skills.
• Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering.
• Good understanding of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products.
• Knowledge of international trade flows, trade corridors, and transaction banking solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare business cases, feasibility assessments, and financial analyses.
• Experience with UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
• Excellent report writing, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

,[Support execution of Trade Revenue Expansion initiatives aligned with Group strategic and financial objectives. , Analyse Trade Finance revenue performance, wallet share penetration, client profitability, and utilisation trends to identify growth opportunities. , Conduct market, client, industry, and trade corridor analysis to support business growth strategies. , Prepare business cases, financial models, revenue forecasts, and opportunity assessments for Trade Finance growth initiatives. , Identify and assess new Trade Finance opportunities including Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, Distributor Finance, and Structured Trade solutions. , Develop management dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and performance reports for Trade Revenue Expansion programmes. , Monitor revenue growth initiatives and provide analytical insights for decision-making. , Support pricing analysis and revenue optimisation across Trade Finance products. , Evaluate client wallet share opportunities and identify cross-sell and upsell potential. , Perform data-driven analysis supporting strategic business planning and revenue enhancement initiatives. , Partner with Corporate Banking Coverage Teams, Relationship Managers, Product Managers, and Transaction Banking teams to gather requirements and identify growth opportunities. , Analyse customer needs, trade flows, transaction patterns, and industry trends to support solution development. , Support client acquisition and trade mandate initiatives through research, analysis, and business insights. , Participate in client meetings and workshops to understand business challenges and Trade Finance requirements. , Assist in designing and enhancing client journeys, onboarding processes, and digital trade experiences. , Evaluate client feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and product adoption. , Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions. ] Requirements: Audit, UAT, Principle, risk management, Degree, Accounting, CBAP, Business analysis, Lean Six Sigma, Requirements gathering, Stakeholder management, Communication skills, Excel, BI, PowerPoint Additionally: Private healthcare, Sick days, Life insurance, Maternity leave, International projects.
