Sales Manager – Staffing & Recruitment

About the Role We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Staffing & Recruitment business in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, developing key client relationships, expanding our client portfolio, and achieving revenue and business development targets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Qatar staffing/recruitment or manpower outsourcing market , with an established network across IT, Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, Facility Management, Government, and/or Semi-Government sectors . Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify and convert new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment market. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, market research, referrals, and direct client engagement. Identify and pursue relevant Government and Semi-Government tenders and manpower opportunities . Coordinate preparation of commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions. Negotiate commercial terms and close staffing and manpower outsourcing contracts. Develop existing accounts through renewals, extensions, cross-selling, and additional manpower requirements. Work closely with Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure successful fulfilment of client requirements. Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular management reports. Achieve agreed sales, revenue, client acquisition, and business development KPIs. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, HR, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of Sales/Business Development experience in Staffing, Recruitment, Manpower Outsourcing, or related services. Strong Qatar market experience is highly preferred. Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets. Experience in Government/Semi-Government tender participation , preferably in Qatar. Strong existing network and client relationships in one or more of the following sectors: IT | Healthcare | Hospitality | Retail | FMCG | Facility Management | Government Strong knowledge of the Qatar manpower and staffing market. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Strong commercial awareness and ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
