PROJECT ENGINEER

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering ((Preferred, other majors also would be acceptable upon evaluation of experience)

• Over 10 years or more than 3 project at site (all combined years from other discipline experience acceptable)

• Comprehensive knowledge about all phases of EPC (up to performance test)

• Coordination in multi-functions (engineering and inter-construction & subcontractors)

• Work experience in construction work at SITE at least 3 PJTs (project/construction management, subcontracting, procurement, construction supervisor, QA/QC inspector, materials etc.)

• Experience in coordination with Owner / Subcontractors in terms of invoicing, change order and handling of claims

• Capability of review & evaluation for monthly progress invoice & report (work quantity)

• Set ups for document controls and procedures for subcontractors

• Higher level of knowledge for contractual terms and conditions

• Management and control for construction progress

• Higher level of documentation including letters and other former documents
