Job Description
- Assist bartenders with preparation and service support.
- Restock beverages, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and storage areas.
- Wash and polish glassware and bar equipment as required.
- Collect and dispose of empty bottles, waste, and used items.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating beverage inventory.
- Support opening and closing bar duties.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards.
- Provide assistance to the service team during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, café, or restaurant experience preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Fast, reliable, and organized.
- Good attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Professional grooming and positive attitude.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
