Role Purpose

Responsible for performing and certifying aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with regulatory requirements company procedures and approved maintenance data. The role supports safe efficient and on-time aircraft operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform and certify scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance.

Troubleshoot and resolve aircraft technical defects.

Review and ensure compliance with approved maintenance procedures and manuals.

Ensure aircraft serviceability and airworthiness standards are maintained.

Supervise Aircraft Mechanics and Technicians during maintenance activities.

Provide technical guidance and on-the-job coaching to maintenance personnel.

Maintain safety quality and regulatory compliance at all times.

Support aircraft dispatch reliability and operational performance.

Complete maintenance documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Participate in emergency recovery and operational support activities when required.

Minimum Requirements

Essential

Diploma or Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.

Valid ICAO/EASA/QCAA Aircraft Maintenance License.

Minimum 5 years aircraft maintenance experience.

Current type rating and certification privileges on relevant aircraft type.

Demonstrated experience across multiple aircraft types preferably including A320 Family A350 A380 B777 and B787.

Sound knowledge of aircraft systems maintenance practices and aviation regulations.

Good command of English.

Preferred

Experience in a commercial airline or MRO environment.

Previous certifying staff experience on modern Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft
