Job Objective:
Oversee and manage employee attendance systems and records at the institutional level, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely reporting to support organizational efficiency and workforce planning.
Roles and Responsibilities:
§ Administer and maintain employee attendance records and tracking systems in accordance with organizational policies.
§ Monitor daily attendance, absences, and leave requests, and ensure proper documentation and approval processes are followed.
§ Prepare and distribute periodic attendance reports for management review and workforce planning.
§ Coordinate with HR and department heads to resolve attendance discrepancies and support compliance with labor regulations.
§ Support the onboarding process by educating new employees about attendance policies and procedures.
§ Identify and analyze attendance trends and recommend solutions to address absenteeism or related issues.
§ Provide guidance and clarification on attendance issues, leave policies, and time management to employees and supervisors.
§ Assist in developing and implementing attendance improvement initiatives and programs.
§ Contribute to analytical studies and reports related to attendance rates and workforce productivity.
§ Ensure confidentiality and integrity of attendance-related data and records.
§ Support change management efforts regarding attendance systems and practices.
§ Address attendance-related concerns and issues in coordination with relevant departments.
§ Promote awareness of attendance policies and foster a culture of punctuality and responsibility.
§ Contribute to the improvement of communication channels regarding attendance matters.
§ Perform any other tasks related to attendance coordination as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
§ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; a master's degree is a plus.
§ A minimum of three to five years' experience in HR operations, attendance management, or administrative coordination, with demonstrated expertise in attendance systems.

§ Bi - Lingual Spoken and written Arabic and English preferable.
