Senior Oracle ADF / BPM Programmer

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Oracle ADF / BPM Programmer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Oracle ADF and automate business processes using Oracle BPM Suite. You'll build technical designs, develop UI and business components, support testing and performance improvements, and document solutions in line with client standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and produce ADF/BPM solution designs

• Develop ADF Faces UI, Task Flows, ADF Business Components, and REST/SOAP integrations

• Model and monitor BPM processes, human tasks, and business rules

• Integrate with Oracle Database, SOA Suite, and external systems

• Apply security controls (JAAS, SSO, OIDC), role mapping, and data protection

• Prepare deployment scripts and promote builds across environments

• Author technical documentation (HLD/LLD), user guides, and test evidence

• Recommend performance improvements and tuning

• Coordinate with client teams to ensure consistent workflows

• Perform other related tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle ADF

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle BPM Suite

• Strong hands-on skills: Oracle ADF, JDeveloper, BPMN 2.0, SOA Suite, REST/SOAP, SQL, Git

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Certified Specialist (ADF/Java) or BPM certification

• Prior experience delivering projects for government or public-sector clients in the Middle East

• Fluency in Arabic and English
