Shift Supervisor

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Shift Supervisor in Qatar. Our client is a reputed organization in the Oil & Gas sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations across oil and gas production facilities and ensure safe continuous operations.
  
• Monitor production processes operating parameters equipment conditions and control systems.
  
• Coordinate plant start-up shutdown and routine operational activities according to approved procedures.
  
• Lead shift personnel and allocate operational duties based on production requirements.
  
• Identify operational abnormalities and coordinate appropriate troubleshooting and corrective actions.
  
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures permit-to-work requirements and operating standards.
  
• Maintain accurate shift logs and communicate operating conditions during shift handovers.
  
• Coordinate with maintenance production control room and other operational teams to minimize disruptions.
  

Required Skills

1. Oil & Gas Operations Strong understanding of operating practices within oil and gas facilities.
   
2. Production Operations Knowledge of production processes and operational monitoring.
   
3. Control Systems Strong knowledge of systems used to monitor and control plant operations.
   
4. Shift Supervision Ability to coordinate personnel and operational activities during assigned shifts.
   
5. Operational Troubleshooting Ability to identify and respond appropriately to process and equipment abnormalities.

Work Experience Requirements
