Food & Beverage Sales Coordinator

Job Description

• Support the Sales Team with daily coordination, follow‑ups, and client communication.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders with accuracy and a strong sense of ownership.
• Manage F&B reservations for groups, events, and special dining requests.
• Handle inquiries and leads with quick, warm, and professional responses.
• Make promotional calls to highlight offers, events, and dining experiences.
• Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, documentation, and internal communication.
• Maintain updated records across client databases, reports, and booking systems.
• Coordinate with F&B and Operations to ensure seamless event and dining execution.
• Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance summaries and basic inputs for Oasys.
• Balance multiple priorities with confidence — reservations, admin work, and sales support.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, F&B, sales coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong communication skills in English and a naturally service‑oriented approach.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, especially when juggling multiple tasks.
• Confidence using MS Office; familiarity with PMS/CRM systems and Oasys payroll is a plus.
• A team‑focused mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
