Personal Assistant - Doha Based

Manage the principal's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements related to fashion events, conferences, and shows. Act as a liaison between the principal and fashion designers, stylists, and industry contacts. Research and stay updated on the latest fashion trends, brands, and influencers. Assist with wardrobe management, including organizing, cataloging, and curating clothing and accessory collections. Coordinate fashion-related projects, such as photo shoots, fashion campaigns, and collaborations. Handle personal shopping tasks, including sourcing unique fashion pieces, accessories, and gifts. Manage budgets, invoices, and expenses related to fashion purchases and projects. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Provide general administrative support, including managing emails, answering phone calls, and organizing documents. Handle special requests and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the principal. Qualifications : Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a fashion-related role. Strong knowledge and interest in the fashion industry, including familiarity with luxury brands, designers, and fashion trends. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and proactive attitude. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in managing schedules, budgets, and fashion-related tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for scheduling, research, and organization. Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on the principal's schedule and fashion-related events. Tiger is B Corp Certified.
