Head of Security Systems

Manage preventive and corrective maintenance performance for all Security Systems.

Lead subject-matter experts and ensure appropriate certified technical coverage and competency.

Review and approve technical method statements SOPs and preventive-maintenance schedules.

Provide technical input to the Change Advisory Board for system changes.

Monitor discipline performance and Lead root-cause analysis and problem management report to the Service Delivery Manager.

Ensure high system availability SLA compliance preventive-maintenance completion and reduction in repeat incidents.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or Diploma in Engineering IT or a relevant technical discipline.

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with relevant security systems in a large enterprise or airport environment.

Relevant certifications in security-system technologies particularly Milestone VMS and physical-security systems.

ITIL Foundation certification.

Strong technical knowledge of CCTV video surveillance VMS platforms servers and related security infrastructure.

Strong OEM/vendor management and technical escalation experience.

Excellent leadership mentoring problem-solving and analytical skills.

Required Skills:
