Content Creator & Social Media Specialist

• Develop create and publish high-quality content for social media platforms including Instagram Facebook TikTok LinkedIn YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Capture and edit photos videos reels and stories showcasing the hotel restaurants events facilities and guest experiences.
• Plan and execute social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting scheduling monitoring and responding to comments and messages.
• Create engaging copy captions and promotional content to enhance audience engagement.
• Monitor social media trends industry developments and competitor activities to identify content opportunities.
• Collaborate with various hotel departments to gather content and promote events offers and seasonal campaigns.
• Work with influencers content creators and partners to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Track analyze and report on social media performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
• Support digital marketing and branding initiatives to drive awareness engagement and revenue.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.

Qualifications :

• 2-3 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
• Strong photography videography graphic design and editing skills.
• Experience with Canva Adobe Creative Suite CapCut or similar tools.
• Knowledge of social media platforms algorithms trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in the hospitality hotel tourism lifestyle or F&B industry is an advantage.
