We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Senior Site Supervisor – Piping in Qatar. Our client is a reputed organization in the Engineering / Construction sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise piping fabrication, installation, erection, alignment, and related site activities according to approved drawings and project specifications.
  
• Coordinate piping activities with engineering, construction, QA/QC, HSE, and other site disciplines.
  
• Interpret piping drawings, isometrics, layouts, specifications, and relevant construction documentation.
  
• Monitor daily site progress, manpower deployment, materials, equipment, and work-front availability.
  
• Ensure piping work complies with approved procedures, project quality requirements, and applicable standards.
  
• Enforce site HSE requirements and ensure piping activities are carried out using approved safe-working practices.
  
• Coordinate inspections, testing, punch-list clearance, and completion activities with relevant project teams.
  
• Supervise site crews and subcontractors to maintain productivity, workmanship, quality, and project schedules.
  

Required Skills

1. Piping Site Supervision — Strong capability in managing piping construction and installation activities at site.
   
2. Piping Drawings & Isometrics — Ability to interpret piping isometrics, layouts, specifications, and construction drawings.
   
3. Construction Coordination — Ability to coordinate piping activities with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and other disciplines.
   
4. Quality & Technical Compliance — Knowledge of piping installation practices, inspections, testing, and project specifications.
   
5. Site Execution & Manpower Management — Experience supervising work crews, resources, productivity, and daily construction activities.
   

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with piping testing, inspection, punch-list, and handover processes.
  
• Strong understanding of industrial construction HSE practices.
  
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary site activities.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates must have 18–20 years of experience. Relevant experience should include senior-level supervision of piping construction, installation, and site execution activities in an engineering or construction environment.

Education

• Minimum: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
