Manager Finance Accounts

Description

We are seeking a seasoned Manager Finance Accounts to lead our finance team in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in finance management, with a proven track record of financial analysis and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial transactions and ensure they are properly recorded and reported.
• Manage the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Lead the finance team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• GRADUAT B,COM/M.COM MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 10-15 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in managerial positions.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations in India.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
