Key Responsibilities

• Manage leasing transactions for residential and commercial properties.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and tenants.
  
• Meet and exceed monthly leasing and performance targets.
  
• Ensure property listings are accurate, up-to-date, and professionally marketed.
  
• Guide clients through every stage of the leasing process with professionalism and transparency.
  
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease agreements.
  
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the initial inquiry through property handover.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial leasing (Qatar market experience is an advantage).
  
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing your own client pipeline.
  
• A real estate broker license is an advantage.
