We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Site Construction Manager in Qatar. Our client is seeking a highly experienced mechanical construction professional capable of managing large-scale site activities, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to approved specifications. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
  
• Plan and coordinate mechanical construction activities according to approved drawings, schedules, and project requirements.
  
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and construction teams to achieve project milestones.
  
• Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions to address schedule deviations.
  
• Ensure site activities comply with approved quality standards, specifications, and HSE requirements.
  
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractor, and client teams for smooth project execution.
  
• Review construction drawings, method statements, work schedules, and site requirements before execution.
  
• Prepare and communicate construction progress, resource requirements, site constraints, and completion status to project stakeholders.
  

Required Skills

1. Site Construction Management — Ability to manage complex construction activities, manpower, resources, and schedules.
   
2. Mechanical Construction — Strong understanding of mechanical installation and site execution requirements.
   
3. Construction Planning — Ability to translate project schedules into practical site execution plans.
   
4. HSE Compliance — Strong understanding of safe construction practices and site safety requirements.
   
5. Quality Control — Ability to ensure construction work complies with drawings, specifications, and required standards.

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates must have 15–18 years of work experience. The role requires substantial experience relevant to mechanical construction and senior-level site construction management.

Requirements
Strong knowledge of construction materials, MEP systems, and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
