Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a sales manager - HVAC in Doha Qatar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with driving sales managing client relationships and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Sales Management Client Relationship Management and Business Development skills
• Knowledge of HVAC products and services
• Experience in the climate control industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Express ideas and place suggestions using suitable communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Technical background is a plus
• Min 8 to 10 years’ experience in the same field

Job Scope:

· Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.

· Lead sales team and set individual sales targets.

· Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.

· Monitor achievement of sales target and evaluate performance of sales team.

· Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals.

· Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople.

· Investigate lost sales and discuss with suppliers/partners.

· Track sales figures monthly.

· Forecast annual quarterly and monthly sales revenue.

· Generate timely sales reports.

· Develop pricing schedules and rates & negotiate with partners & principals.

· Formulate sales policies and procedures.

· Monitor & control inventory.

· Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.

· Scanning the market identifying & developing clients as well as dealers’ network.

· Respond to clients introducing appropriate products which meet their requirements.
