Senior Quantity Surveyor

* Prepare detailed cost estimates quantity take-offs rate build-ups and project budgets for civil infrastructure MEP/MEICA and related works.

* Review tender documents drawings specifications BOQs scope of work and contractual requirements.

* Obtain evaluate and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations and identify cost risks or discrepancies.

* Support variations claims tender submissions commercial proposals and cost reporting.

* Coordinate with Engineering Procurement Construction Planning and Commercial teams while monitoring scope changes and cost impact.

Requirements

* Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying Civil Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Construction Management or related field.

* Minimum 815 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying estimation or commercial functions.

* Experience in infrastructure wastewater treatment STP MEP/MEICA or construction projects is highly preferred.

* Qatar/GCC project experience is an advantage.

* Strong knowledge of cost estimation construction methods BOQs drawings specifications contracts and project scope.

Required Skills:
