We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Safety Officer in Qatar. Our client is a reputed organization in the Oil & Gas sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across project sites.
  
• Conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments.
  
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Energy and client safety standards.
  
• Lead toolbox talks and safety awareness programs.
  
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Monitor permit-to-work and confined space activities.
  
• Maintain HSE documentation and statutory records.
  
• Coordinate emergency response and safety drills.
  

Required Skills

• NEBOSH IGC Mandatory international safety certification.
  
• HSE Compliance Ensure adherence to project safety standards.
  
• Risk Assessment Identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
  
• Incident Investigation Analyze and report safety incidents.
  
• Oil & Gas Safety Experience in LNG/EPC construction projects.
  

Preferred Skills

• Qatar Energy project experience.
  
• LNG project exposure.
  
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates must have 58 years of relevant SHE/HSE experience in Oil & Gas LNG or large-scale EPC construction projects. Previous experience with Qatar Energy or Qatar Energy LNG projects will be an added advantage.

Education

• Minimum: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Safety Health & Environment (SHE) Engineering Science or related discipline.
  
• Preferred: Relevant postgraduate qualification (if any).
  
• Additional Certification: NEBOSH International General Certificate (Mandatory).
