Human resource Intern

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will get hands-on experience across multiple HR functions—including recruitment, candidate screening, employee onboarding, record management, and culture initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
  
• Support job posting activities across recruitment platforms and social media.
  
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  
• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database/ATS.
  
• Assist with CV shortlisting and candidate follow-ups.
  
• Support onboarding and mobilization documentation.
  
• Maintain employee and candidate files accurately.
  
• Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and recruitment updates.
  
• Coordinate with internal HR team members regarding recruitment requirements.
  
• Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives when required.
  
• Handle HR-related documentation while maintaining confidentiality.
  
• Perform general HR administrative duties assigned by the team.
