MATRIAL CONTROLLER (PLANT MATERIAL MANAGEMENT)
Position : MAETRIAL CONTROLLER (PLANT MATERIAL MANAGEMENT)
Education: Graduate (science / arts / commerce), computer knowledge English must
Experience: Min +10 years in applicable field
- Co-ordination with client logistic department to know materials arrival date/ time etc.
- Must have Knowledge about all mechanical, Piping and electrical items
- Organization of material storage area ( Laydown) and marking the location to stack
The materials for easy traceability.
4. Material Receipt: Checking of Container condition, packing list, packing number,
Number of packages inside the container and package condition. Availability of documents and certificates.
5. After off loading checking of qty / quality (consumables)of materials received as per
Packing list and specification/ color code etc.
- Preparation of MRR (Material Receiving Report) and arrangement of QA/QC inspection/client inspection if required.
- Preparation of OSD (Overage, Shortage, Damage) and submission to client with photograph.
- Material stacking according to vender instruction manual indoor/outdoor. Hazardous materials stacking with MSDS in separate place as per safety requirement.
- Arrangement and segregation of materials and placing in designated area/place.
- Periodical Preservation of equipment and its spares such as Pump, Motor etc.
- Material Issues according to MIV (Material Issue Voucher) as per construction team requirement with approval of concern manager/engineer.
- Stock Ledger preparation according to client requirement/site management.
- Data Entry for Receipt and Issue to site and other agencies.
- Submission of material Receipt / Issue / Balance to client if required by client.
- Preparation of MRV ( Material Return Voucher) if material returned from site due to
Modification etc.
15. Handover of Surplus materials/Iron Scrap/Electrical cable and operation spares after
Completion of the project.
16. Maintaining in order and housekeeping of the ware house / laydown/ material yard.
17. Overall supervision of material co-ordination/monitoring arrival/dispatch etc.
