Creative Designer

Job Purpose:

Under the general guidance of the Marketing Manager or any other authorized by the management the Graphic Designer will be responsible for the execution of Mondrian Dohas Social Media Strategy and programs. This role works closely with Corporate Office to define and implement campaigns that drive awareness create buzz grow our reach and support our lifestyle.

Duties & Functions:

Design & Content Creation

• Design flyers menus social media posts and campaign visuals that reflect Mondrian Dohas brand identity in collaboration with the Marketing and F&B teams.
• Create animated content; including flyers Instagram/Facebook stories and short video snippets to boost engagement across social platforms.
• Develop new grid layouts and creative directions for Mondrian Dohas social profiles alongside the Marketing Manager.

Photography & Videography Support

• Assist with photo and video shoots including styling and coordination to maintain brand consistency across all visual output.

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Partner with F&B Rooms Spa and other departments to develop fresh creative concepts that strengthen their online visibility and presence.
• Support the Revenue and Reservations teams with up-to-date digital content for promotions offers and guest communications.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings contributing ideas aligned with Mondrians brand voice and visual identity.

Digital Platforms & Campaign Support

• Design and optimize visuals for email marketing campaigns websites intranet and corporate microsites to improve engagement and conversions.

General Support

• Attend hotel events and activations as needed assisting with on-the-ground social media coverage and content capture.
• Support the broader Marketing team with various initiatives and activations throughout the year.
